Anyways. So, there's this song called I Am Weary (Let Me Rest) by The Cox Family. It's a bluegrass song and featured on the O Brother Where Art Thou? soundtrack.
It's quite possibly one of my favorite songs ever. And I've connected it completely to Birth by Sleep. I just. Holy crap.
So that's where the words in the comic came from.
